My husband Barry and I have been breeding for almost 30 years and that experience is reflected in our cats. We are a veterinarian inspected cattery and have been awarded the CFA “Cattery of Excellence” for 2009/2010 as well as a member of the TICA “Responsible Breeder Program”. We breed only DNA tested PKD negative cats.

We are small in number so that we can provide one-on-one care and attention to each cat and kitten. Our cats live in our cageless home in the mountains of North Carolina and are part of our family where the goal of our breeding program is to produce quality, well adjusted Exotics and Persians that meet the CFA breed standards. We specialize in Bicolors, Calico and Vans and we are very excited about the new direction InstaPurr Cats is heading.

We have introduced odd-eyed Bicolor Persians into our breeding program. We have searched and obtained outstanding cats with some of the finest lineage available. We endeavor to produce exceptional odd-eyed and blue-eyed Bicolor Persians. We will be utilizing this foundation of extraordinary Persians to create our own unique blue and odd-eyed InstaPurr Exotics and Persians.

While our goal is to breed for the best, healthiest, show quality cats we do occassionally have pets available. We sell only to responsible pet owners and reputable breeders with a serious breeding program. All kittens, whether they be pet or show quality, are placed only in the finest homes. Our kittens are sold with a strict contract to help ensure “forever families". They are sold no earlier than 12 weeks of age and 16 weeks if we have to ship. Our pet quality kittens MUST be altered within 6 months from date of purchase. We retain the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason. We wish to ensure the best future and health of all InstaPurr Cats so please read our contracts carefully.

When you start your search for the perfect kitten whether it will be a pet, breeder or show quality I’m sure you will have lots of questions. We have always believed that you, the buyer, can not have too much information. I would be happy to answer any and all of your questions. I will give you the time you need so that you will be comfortable with your decision when you are ready to purchase an InstaPurr kitten.
